Rich Rayburn crew did an excellent job on my flat roof and deck. Very hardworking guys. The craftsmanship, timing, materials were all excellent . My only problem was that they did not draw plans or photograph the original… so they didn’t really know how to rebuild it. 🤪 I would definitely re-hire them for any future roofing needs.

No Show! Rich Rayburn Roofing scheduled me for a repair a week and a half out. Not great after an atmospheric river revealed a leak in my roof. Followed up a week later to find out the day they’d be out only to hear a totally different story than what Michelle originally told me when booking the appointment. They now told me they would be out only if they decide go to my area or when they had someone in the area. What does that mean! So now I’m told if they decide to go to my area I’d be the first on the list! No appointment in sight! Roof still leaking! This is just not good business! Now over a week later I’m sitting here with water dripping in my house, looking for another roofer with little confidence after being disregarded so callously by Rich Rayburn Roofing. If you can’t do the job just say so, so I could have used that time to find someone that stands behind their word, show up and does the job.

Rich took great care of me and did an amazing job on my roof. The company and staff are a breeze to work with. I resheated my entire hone and had to do some framing. I had a complicated schedule going on and Rich worked around everything I had going on in a very timely manner. The work turned out excellent and the company takes pride in their work. Love to see a family run business too.

I'm so glad Rich Rayburn Roofing bid my roof! The owners hold themselves to super high standards and it also shows in the work ethic of their crew. The crew arrived early in morning and worked diligently and hard all day. Before leaving the work site each day, they cleaned around the perimeter of the house. Months before, I watched them reroof my neighbors home and was impressed. Also, my other neighbor (a contractor) trusts them completely so I knew Rayburn earned their reputation. After the roof was completed, I had a few questions about it and they answered my questions so I understood completely. If you are looking for a reputable roofer, this is the roofer to get. Look how beautiful my new roof looks! LOL!!

I contacted Rich Rayburn Roofing. From the beginning of the conversation, the Receptionist told me they were busy, BUT she would fill out a REPAIR TICKET and once a job is finished early, someone will come out to our house and do the repair. I said that we were in no rush, but would like it done before the rainy weather hits during late fall, early winter. She said that the repair should be done way before that time.
Well, today is Monday and is less than a week that I call Rich Rayburn Roofing and (2 Guys) Derick and his helper came out to repair a few shingles that were blown off from our roof. I am highly impressed with this Company because they took my info, did a great job and did it quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Don't give up...keep calling and you will find the right person for the job like we did...
